Your email address, and where known, your country or preferred language. We also keep delivery records — whether a letter bounced, was opened, or a link in it was clicked — so that we stop writing to addresses that no longer work and can see which letters were worth sending.
We send letters on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with existing subscribers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any moment by unsubscribing; it applies to all future letters at once.
The email delivery service and the hosting provider we use, acting on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Some of them operate outside the EU/EEA; those transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or rent addresses.
For as long as you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe we keep a suppression record so that your address is not re-added by mistake, and we keep bounce records for the same reason.
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability — all by email to info@velmontpost.com. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live.
Every letter carries an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe in mail clients that offer it. The unsubscribe page works too.
